About This Role
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable sites in Bangalore based on business and operational requirements.
- Negotiate rental terms, commercial agreements, and assess site-level financial viability to align with business objectives.
- Drive the end-to-end site onboarding process, managing relationships with property owners, brokers, and local stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, expansion, or business development.
- Strong market presence and established local network in Bangalore.
- Willingness to work from office 6 days a week in Bangalore.
- Work Experience Required: 4–8 years in relevant fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and manage financial evaluations related to site acquisition.
- Experience working with large e-commerce or delivery companies (e.g., Flipkart, Zepto, BigBasket) preferred.
- Skilled in market research, stakeholder engagement, and presentation (including PowerPoint) to support acquisition proposals and decisions.
