About This Role
- Own and define the strategy and roadmap for Asset Health across hardware portfolio, driving reliability, availability, and lifecycle management.
- Lead data-driven initiatives to reduce mean time to resolve (MTTR) for bus and hardware issues by 25–50% within 12 months and increase in-field uptime of critical hardware.
- Design telemetry, diagnostics, and operational tools for predictive maintenance and incident resolution; coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders including hardware, firmware, data, operations, support, executives, and government partners.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in product management with experience in predictive maintenance, asset monitoring, or similar in B2G context.
- Experience with hardware + software products such as cameras, sensors, IoT, edge computing, or telematics.
- Strong analytical skills including proxy metrics, impact sizing, experimentation, and data science.
- Ability to work remotely from India and collaborate with distributed teams across time zones including North America.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives involving senior executives and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience navigating regulatory complexity and legal frameworks in a B2G environment, especially regarding compliance, privacy, and enforcement.
- Proficient in balancing short-term operational fixes with long-term platform investments to build scalable asset health solutions.
