About This Role
- Manage and facilitate the scrum process for a geographically dispersed Agile development squad to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
- Oversee coordination of requirements traceability, release management, test case management, and defect tracking to keep projects on track.
- Coach and facilitate the squad and Product Owner to maintain a healthy backlog, resolve conflicts, and align priorities within the tribe through Scrum of Scrums sessions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Agile development and Scrum Master or similar role required.
- Scrum Master certification is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced in managing Agile teams with a strong understanding of Scrum frameworks and software development lifecycle.
- Able to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across locations.
- Skilled in servant leadership, coaching teams towards self-sufficiency, and balancing delivery schedules with iterative feedback.
