About This Role
- Lead engineering on In-stream Video Intelligence team to build next-gen metadata platform combining engineering and AI.
- Own full-stack problems end to end, including frontend, backend, AWS infrastructure, and AI integration for high-volume video data processing.
- Design and operate scalable, reliable, cloud-native, event-driven systems on AWS, integrating foundational AI models into production pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–10 years professional software development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud-native development (AWS preferred), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable, high-throughput systems integrating state-of-the-art AI models (LLMs, VLMs, vision AI).
- Comfortable working across the entire stack without specialization and able to turn ambiguous problems into clear designs and shipping software.
- Familiar with AI-native SDLC workflows, using AI coding assistants and agentic tooling for rapid iterative development.
