About This Role
- Own reporting development, maintenance, and enhancement for North America Ground Transportation and internal customers, focusing on Transportation Visibility, Operational Function, and KPIs.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage global ticket queue, and ensure Transportation Management system and peripherals operate effectively.
