About This Role
- Lead operational governance and delivery controls for Finance Technology Shared Services projects in India, enforcing SDLC standards and quality assurance.
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and hiring processes for a global team of over 1,900 members, ensuring alignment with financial, location, and diversity strategies.
- Act as Records Management Officer for compliance and risk controls, while driving site engagement and executive reporting for global leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years' experience in Business Management, PMO/RMO, or Technology Governance roles.
- Minimum 4+ years' experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and leading organizational change.
- Location: India (Pune).
