About This Role
- Own and build foundational AI platform capabilities including agents, plugins, data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Develop large-scale backend systems handling 100+ data sources, millions of data points and documents, used by investment funds managing billions in assets.
- Take end-to-end ownership from system design through production deployment and ongoing operation, with direct impact on client-facing AI agents.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience building backend systems, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong system design skills: data modeling, failure analysis, and trade-off evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Location: Must work from Mumbai office.
