About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Developer Leads, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and performance management to enhance leadership and career growth.
- Oversee project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with Google's strategic goals and managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Implement and enforce delivery frameworks for both traditional and AI projects, including SDLC compliance, AI model governance, and quality assurance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in technical project management with expertise in various development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- At least 7 years of people management experience including performance management of technical teams.
- Proven skills in project planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, risk and resource management, and quality assurance.
- Experience with end-to-end software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging production issues.

- Experienced in managing complex, multi-model development teams with a focus on maintenance and core development.
- Strong strategic orientation capable of aligning multiple projects with organizational goals and communicating technical constraints to executive stakeholders.
