About This Role
- Ensure integrity and compliance of revenue recognition policies including GAAP adherence across therapeutic areas globally.
- Lead and supervise a team of finance professionals supporting therapeutic areas to meet financial targets and reporting requirements.
- Own global processes related to revenue recognition, backlog reporting, project financial profile accuracy, and executive level financial metrics and recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent education and experience.
- Extensive progressive financial experience; 1 year direct management experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel; experience with accounting software like MAS90; Oracle experience preferred.
- CPA / CMA preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and developing finance teams within a fast-paced environment with focus on compliance and financial controls.
- Strong expertise in GAAP accounting principles, revenue recognition policies, and financial reporting for project-based or contract revenue.
- Comfortable working globally with complex organizational structures and communicating financial controls and improvements to executive management.
