About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and support MES solutions using Emerson Syncade (DeltaV MES), including system integrations, databases, and custom applications.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex MES issues and ensure solutions comply with GxP, data integrity, cybersecurity, and quality standards.
- Promote standardization, reusable solutions, implement AI-assisted development tools, and enhance system reliability and deployment efficiency across MES platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Automation, Data, Life Sciences, or relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on technical engineering experience in complex enterprise or operational technology environments, with leadership in MES solution delivery.
- Experience in MES platforms, software development, database technologies, system integrations, and industrial connectivity in GxP-regulated manufacturing environments.
- Relevant technical, AI, cloud, integration, automation, data, validation, cybersecurity, or engineering certifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated expertise in leading MES projects including solution design, delivery, and compliance management across multiple sites and platforms.
- Experience coordinating teams and vendors, mentoring engineers, and driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives in MES environments.
- Proficient in AI-assisted development, use of CI/CD, version control, automated testing/deployment, and managing complex system integrations in regulated industries.
