About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions using the Mendix platform, ensuring functional requirements and compliance are met.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and drive technical and architectural decisions across MES products and platforms.
- Lead cross-functional teams and vendors while ensuring adherence to quality, security, data integrity, and GxP regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Automation, Data Science, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with Mendix MES platform, including multi-system support and application lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in database development (Microsoft SQL Server/T-SQL or Oracle/PLSQL), API integrations, and industrial system integration technologies (OPC UA/HDA; COM/DCOM preferred).
- Experience maintaining compliance with GxP, data integrity, cybersecurity standards in regulated manufacturing environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading MES solution delivery across products, supporting Agile practices, and managing technical risks including security and compliance.
- Strong expertise in Mendix platform development including domain modelling, microflows/nanoflows, UI development, and security configuration.
- Demonstrates capability to mentor teams, enforce standardization, continuous improvement, and effectively collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.
