About This Role
- Prepare and deliver monthly global management reports with focus on accuracy and timeliness for assigned entities.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, perform variance analysis, and engage stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Support reporting automation, process improvements, and handle ad hoc reporting requests for internal and external reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP and advanced Excel skills.
- Role is hybrid based in India requiring regular on-site collaboration as agreed with manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing or collaborating with shared service centers or external providers to ensure delivery and control compliance.
- Familiar with internal control frameworks and audit support, plus experience with intercompany accounting or supply chain finance is a plus.
- Hands-on with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL, and experienced in finance transformation or ERP migration projects.
