About This Role
- Perform configuration, testing, documentation, and technical support for Engineering, EHS and Sustainability applications across global manufacturing sites.
- Implement technical solutions such as scripts and SQL queries adhering to approved architecture and standards, while supporting deployment, migration, upgrade, and environment activities.
- Analyze system logs, metrics, and performance; troubleshoot technical issues affecting manufacturing batches, product quality or data integrity with escalation as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, Data, Life Sciences or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 1 to 3 years experience in technical support, software/platform engineering, automation, integration, testing or related roles, preferably within Engineering, EHS & Sustainability domain.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions (e.g. Copilot, Azure OpenAI), testing and validating AI/data-driven solutions; proficient in Python, SQL or similar technologies.
- Experience performing configuration, documentation, testing, deployment support, and ability to analyze logs/metrics per documented standards and procedures.

- Experienced in supporting and configuring complex digital platforms for manufacturing EHS and sustainability focused applications with attention to technical detail and compliance.
- Comfortable working across cross-functional global teams including engineers, product, service and site users, with ability to escalate complex technical risks appropriately.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with knowledge of AI/ML technologies, integrations (API, REST, JSON), and awareness of data integrity, security, validation and change control processes.
