About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology transformation projects, ensuring on-time, within budget, and meeting scope and quality criteria.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder relations across complex, cross-functional environments.
- Drive operational excellence, data transformation, process improvement, and business value by collaborating with stakeholders, architects, vendors, and leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project management, program delivery, or technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing medium to large-scale, cross-functional projects involving enterprise applications, data, analytics, or digital transformation.
- Diploma / Any Degree / Post-Graduation; Project Management certification preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing complex projects that involve Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Analytics, SAP, and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams including business, technology, and vendor partners in a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
- Strong skills in risk/issue management, financial/resource optimization, governance, and change management in large program delivery contexts.
