About This Role
- Design and implement full-stack product components including back-end services and TypeScript-based front-end UI using modern frameworks like React or Angular.
- Develop, operate, and maintain LLM-based features such as agentic workflows and RAG pipelines focusing on reliability, evaluation, and cost efficiency.
- Lead complex project delivery by defining clear structures, coordinating teams, troubleshooting critical issues, and adopting AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience building enterprise software products using Java with industry best practices.
- Proficient in full-stack development including TypeScript front-end and integration with back-end APIs; hands-on AI-assisted development across the software lifecycle.
- Experience designing, building, and operating advanced LLM-based applications and agentic tooling beyond prototypes.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; prior experience working with distributed/global teams; strong debugging, algorithm, and design pattern skills.
