About This Role
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Integrate and run automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to support rapid release cycles and continuous delivery.
- Analyze and resolve software defects while collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams to improve testing processes and expand automation coverage.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
- Proficiency with automated testing frameworks, CI/CD processes, JIRA for defect tracking, and TestRail for test management.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Cursor) for automation scripting and troubleshooting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in automated regression testing and test framework development within Agile or Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid feedback loops for software releases.
- For internal candidates, knowledge of IQVIA's Proprietary Automation Framework (PAF) is strongly preferred.
