About This Role
- Conduct end-to-end quality assurance testing for medium to high complexity software applications.
- Design, develop, and update software testing systems and master test plans to ensure software meets organizational and end-user standards.
- Mentor junior test engineers and contribute to defining advanced software test standards and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality assurance and software testing.
- Experience with designing and implementing software test strategies and procedures.
- Work Experience Required: 5 years in QA and testing.

- Experienced in managing complex software testing projects with strategic oversight of test plans and quality standards.
- Capable of mentoring and possibly managing junior QA engineers, indicating leadership within a testing team.
