About This Role
- Manage end-to-end operations of Service Supply Chain Harvesting programs ensuring achievement of savings targets and operational KPIs.
- Govern service partner and vendor performance including regular reviews and issue resolution to optimize cost, quality, and turnaround time.
- Analyze performance data and prepare KPI reports and dashboards to support business decisions and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, operations, or related discipline.
- Above 5 years of experience in supply chain, service supply chain, business operations, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in partner or vendor operations management is essential.
- PMP certification and experience with SAP S/4HANA are preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing operational programs in supply chain with proven ability to meet KPIs and savings goals.
- Strong analytical skills to convert data into insights and make actionable recommendations.
- Capable of collaborating across multiple functions and cultures within APJ region and managing escalating operational issues effectively.
