About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Applications Development professionals, overseeing their performance, development, and project execution.
- Provide technical oversight and decision-making on software development projects, including issue resolution and application systems analysis.
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and procedural formulation while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in applications development and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with experience in personnel management duties.
- Experience with dependency management, change management, continuous integration testing tools, and audit/compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and implementing successful software development projects with full ownership of technical decisions.
- Strong technical background in software engineering, especially object-oriented design, with ability to oversee multiple systems and applications.
- Capable of assessing business and system risks, ensuring compliance, and managing cross-functional dependencies within complex technology environments.
