About This Role
- Drive security architecture initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment of security controls with business objectives.
- Advise on security architecture patterns per Northern Trust standards; identify gaps and recommend controls to mitigate risks.
- Engage in pre-security consulting, validate evidence for Permit to Operate gating, and develop reference architecture and process documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years IT experience with 6+ years in security and solution architecture.
- 3+ years experience with cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) required.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading enterprise-wide security initiatives and communicating risks to senior leaders.
- Proficient in multiple security technology domains such as infrastructure, application, network, IAM, and data security.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CSA CCM, CIS Controls) and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) with relevant certifications.
