About This Role
- Own and maintain the technical foundation of Zelis digital platform including infrastructure, APIs, integrations, deployments, and CMS platform capabilities ensuring security, scalability, and high availability.
- Lead production environment management including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and platform performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the strategic migration from WordPress to Optimizely DXP by 2027.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6–10 years of experience supporting enterprise websites, CMS platforms, or digital applications.
- Experience administering cloud-hosted web platforms and production environments with strong skills in APIs, middleware, CI/CD, Git, and enterprise deployment processes.
- Experience working within Agile software delivery teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior engineer with demonstrated ownership of enterprise digital platform operations and integrations.
- Expertise in CMS platforms (WordPress and preferably Optimizely), cloud hosting (Azure/AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and production support in complex environments.
- Experienced in leading technical initiatives such as platform migrations and collaborating across technical and business teams to deliver reliable, scalable digital solutions.
