About This Role
- Translate finance and business requirements into AI-enabled solutions, including design, specifications, and wireframes.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for finance use cases such as anomaly detection, cash flow prediction, forecasting, and expense classification.
- Build generative AI tools and data pipelines integrating cloud platforms like AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake, and lead model governance and team mentorship.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years experience building AI/ML solutions in enterprise finance environments covering functions like financial planning and analysis or controllership.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with generative AI techniques, prompt engineering, and data platforms such as AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Location flexibility across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced at the intersection of financial strategy and AI technology implementation in enterprise settings.
- Comfortable bridging finance and technology teams to drive AI-enabled finance transformation initiatives.
- Skilled in both developing AI models and managing data pipeline architectures on cloud platforms, with exposure to generative and agentic AI frameworks.
