About This Role
- Own CREW's end-to-end finance operations including payments, reconciliations, refunds, tax compliance, and month-end closing.
- Lead and manage the Finance Executives team, setting daily and monthly operational targets and driving process improvements.
- Establish and maintain financial controls and reporting frameworks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely business insights for leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in finance operations or accounts payable, preferably in online travel or consumer internet companies.
- 2+ years of team leadership experience.
- Educational qualification: CA, or MBA Finance / M.Com with strong hands-on finance experience.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore; strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, ERP systems (SAP or Oracle), and advanced Excel skills.

- Experienced in setting up financial controls and working with auditors in a fast-growing or early-stage business environment.
- Capable of managing operational finance functions that require close cross-functional collaboration with product, tech, tax, and audit teams.
