About This Role
- Provide advisory services to clients in Tourism & Hospitality sectors, focusing on program and project management at central/state levels.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFP/RFQ preparation, vendor sourcing, bid evaluation, commercial assessment, negotiations, and contracting.
- Oversee leasing/rental of retail or commercial spaces, vendor and service contract management, and client interactions including presentations and review meetings.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years relevant experience in hospitality and retail space management.
- Post-graduation in hotel management/management plus bachelor’s in tourism, engineering, economics, or other relevant fields.
- Must be willing to travel outside home location for extended periods on a project basis.
- Excellent business communication skills (written and oral).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategy formulation and operational management for retail, mall, hospitality, or commercial asset operations.
- Proven ability to independently manage client interactions and lead presentations or review meetings.
- Background in handling leasing, service contracts, and operationalization or turnaround of retail/hospitality assets.
