About This Role
- Lead X++ development including enhancements, extensions, performance tuning, and integrations for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and AX 2012 customers (70% focus).
- Provide Level 3 production support and incident resolution ensuring system stability (30% focus).
- Manage multiple global customer environments within a Managed Services (AMS) setting including deployment using LCS and Azure DevOps.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of hands-on X++ development experience for AX 2012 R3 and/or D365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience working in a Managed Services, Application Management Services (AMS), or production support environment is mandatory.
- Proficiency in X++ customizations, SSRS reports, data entities, integrations (REST, OData, DMF, Dual-write preferred), and deployment tools like LCS and Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in X++ development combined with proven ability to handle multiple complex customer environments independently.
- Experience in both development and technical production support within global, multi-customer Managed Services or AMS frameworks.
- Comfortable working with integrations, code reviews, deployments, and collaborating with global stakeholders in a fast-paced technical environment.
