About This Role
- Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Map and optimize current and future-state business processes; recommend workflow automation opportunities.
- Manage requirements across the SDLC including supporting development, overseeing UAT, defect resolution, and driving successful delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, systems design, product or IT consulting, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies applied in managing business analysis activities across the SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in collaborating with architects, developers, and QA teams to evaluate and align system solutions with business objectives.
- Skilled in tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or Draw.io for requirements management and process documentation.
- Able to understand APIs, data models, and enterprise integrations to assess system dependencies and recommend technical solutions.
