About This Role
- Gather and translate requirements from scientists for the Protein Science Experiments LIMS application supporting antibody discovery.
- Document product vision and support scrum team, managing product backlog and agile practices.
- Provide initial support to laboratory users, triage issues, and set business priorities for bug fixes, ensuring communication between business and IT.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis, specifically for LIMS systems.
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Protein Science, Cellular Biology, or related field.
- Proficient in biotechnology and life sciences, including molecular cloning, protein expression, and antibody research.
- Strong command of JIRA and agile methodologies; experience creating user stories and managing product backlogs; fluent in Polish and English; residency in Poland required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in business analysis within biotech/pharmaceutical R&D related to life sciences, especially in antibody research.
- Comfortable working across time zones, including evening meetings aligned with San Francisco time.
- Skilled in agile environments collaborating with product owners, UX designers, and analysts to deliver complex scientific software solutions.
