About This Role
- Reach out to prospective students via calls, manage enquiries, and follow up to nurture leads and improve conversions.
- Provide basic information on overseas education services and schedule counselling appointments coordinating with the counselling team.
- Assist in promotional and student engagement activities, maintaining records of all enquiries and follow-ups.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline is mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, telesales, or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills are required.
- Location Requirement: Ahmedabad (implied by job location).
