About This Role
- Provide financial oversight and controls for Super Speciality, Ecom, and Retail business operations (~1000Cr annual size).
- Support business in annual operating plan preparation, driving revenue, mix, and margin improvements, and approving pricing, discounts, and trade schemes.
- Lead internal control monitoring, process simplification & automation, governance enhancement, and monthly book closing activities.
Minimum Requirements
- CA or CWA qualification mandatory.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
- Preferably experience in Pharma sector.
- Sharp analytical skills and good communication explicitly required.

- Experienced finance professional with strong analytics and effective business partnering capabilities.
