About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement scalable backend and frontend application systems in coordination with Technology teams.
- Manage all phases of the SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation, while providing technical support to business users.
- Advise and mentor junior team members, act as a Subject Matter Expert, and ensure compliance with security, risk, and governance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong backend system design skills.
- Mandatory expertise in Java and Spring Boot; practical experience in React or Angular preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server including database design and performance tuning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
