About This Role
- Own and execute the product specialist and platform engineering responsibilities for Atlassian Confluence Cloud, including translating stakeholder requirements into secure, supportable platform solutions.
- Lead the migration partnership from Confluence Data Center to Cloud, managing knowledge transfer, validation, stabilization, and operational handoff.
- Configure, administer, test, troubleshoot Confluence Cloud settings, Marketplace apps, integrations, and governance to maintain platform health and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise Confluence administration, platform engineering, or similar SaaS application ownership experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with Confluence Cloud configuration, permissions, groups, roles, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps evaluation, administration, upgrades, and issue remediation.
- Working knowledge of identity and access management protocols (SSO, SAML, SCIM) and Microsoft Entra ID.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Subject matter expert (SME) on enterprise Confluence Cloud comfortable in both product leadership and hands-on administrative roles.
- Experienced in managing complex migrations from Confluence Data Center to Cloud with knowledge of permissions, tenant configuration, and governance.
- Capable of balancing technical configuration, governance, security, and operational readiness in a global, cross-functional enterprise environment.
