About This Role
- Define, document, and refine product requirements for Alpha Index HUB aligned with product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure clear, testable, and traceable requirements supporting product enhancements and operational workflows.
- Support Agile delivery including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and validation of delivered functionality to improve platform reliability and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience in a product-led or Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
- Proven ability to produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience writing and reviewing SQL queries for data analysis and issue investigation.
- Working knowledge of Charles River Development (CRD) environment processes, dependencies, and operational workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial services, specifically with index, benchmark, or market data platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex technical/data concepts into clear business requirements.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and vendors in an Agile product delivery setting.
