About This Role
- Lead and execute advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, and optimization projects across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Product Formulation functions.
- Develop and deliver scalable predictive and prescriptive models to improve operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, inventory and production planning, and product development.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data science and analytics teams and communicate insights and outcomes to senior and executive leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Data Science, Analytics, Operations Research, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
- Experience supporting Manufacturing, Digital Twin, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Optimization, Procurement, or Product Formulation.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru - Brookfield GCC.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives involving business stakeholders, technology teams, and executive leadership.
- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations domains preferred.
- Skilled at translating ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks with measurable operational and financial impact.
