About This Role
- Manage and optimize managed services processes and tools to improve client operations and efficiency.
- Lead delivery teams in service transition and operation, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Use project management and process improvement strategies to mitigate delivery risks and reduce costs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong SRE experience with production reliability ownership on AWS, including running Kubernetes and AWS services at scale.
- AWS Associate level certification mandatory; proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in defining and managing SLIs, SLOs, error budgets and strong observability practices.
- Demonstrated incident leadership and post-mortem facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted operations and implementing AI SRE tooling with appropriate guardrails.
