About This Role
- End-to-end implementation and deployment of enterprise Generative AI features and models including data prep, prompt engineering, agent/workflow creation, testing, and performance tuning.
- Solve well-defined to moderately complex AI problems using established tools and escalate novel challenges to senior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI components and maintain deployed AI solutions for quality, latency, and cost targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering with model development and production deployment.
- Proficiency with LLMs, RAG, prompt/context engineering, and agentic workflows (e.g., LangGraph).
- Experience building and deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor skilled in delivering AI features within Data Science or IT business units.
- Familiarity with modern data and AI ecosystems including Azure AI/OpenAI services and Snowflake.
- Comfortable working on clearly defined problem scopes and collaborating effectively in cross-functional delivery teams.
