About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of CREW's cabs business including vendor onboarding, live operations, safety, compliance, and customer experience.
- Drive business growth and profitability by managing cabs supply, partner incentives, pricing, and ensuring premium service standards across airport transfers, hourly rentals, outstation trips, and self-drive.
- Lead and develop the team handling cab requests and on-ground operations, oversee partner billing and collaborate on process automation with Product and Tech teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years experience in cab or mobility operations including city operations or supply management.
- 2+ years experience in team leadership roles.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore and able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and peak holidays.
- Hands-on experience onboarding and managing fleet partners and drivers, live operations management, and proficient in data handling with Excel and dashboards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large driver or on-ground workforces with direct operational leadership.
- Strong operational accountability with ability to handle real-time issues such as delays, no-shows, and safety incidents calmly under pressure.
- Proficient communicator in English and Hindi, capable of owning end-to-end cab operations and driving performance through structured processes and partner management.
