About This Role
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, operations, and production to maintain project schedules, documentation, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, escalate issues, and improve workflows for efficient localization or related service projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations.
- Work Schedule: Evening shift (5pm to 1am), Work-from-office position only.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Experience in localization, subtitling, or language services is advantageous but not mandatory.
