About This Role
- Lead end-to-end BPM operations across multiple processes/accounts ensuring SLA, KPI, quality, and productivity adherence.
- Manage senior operations leaders and large teams focusing on performance, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Own client relationships, governance, escalations, and lead revenue, cost optimization, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of BPM/BPO/shared services experience required.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-process operations mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong client management, executive communication, P&L, workforce management, transformation, and process improvement experience required.
