About This Role
- Own end-to-end Finance Operating Model and GBS/Shared Services design, implementation, and transformation projects with global clients.
- Lead sales pipeline development, client proposals, and manage project execution ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Drive finance process maturity assessments, transformation initiatives, cost savings programs, and supervise teams for delivery outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Finance Operating Model and GBS design to implementation projects.
- MBA (Finance) from Tier-1/2 B-school, or CA or CMA required.
- Experience managing complex large-scale programs and stakeholder groups with proven delivery track record.
- Locations: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad.

- Strong strategic and operational expertise in Finance Operating Model, GBS, SSC design, and transformation in large organizations.
- Proven ability to lead client conversations, build sales pipelines, and drive business cases for Finance shared services.
- Experience in global distributed team leadership and collaborating with senior stakeholders across complex environments.
