About This Role
- Monitor and report on client portfolio performance including responding to standard and moderately complex client inquiries.
- Maintain and develop reporting systems and tools used by clients for portfolio analysis and performance monitoring.
- Analyze and improve client reporting operations to enhance service quality and operational experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Any Graduation.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in Asset Management - Asset Data Management or related capital markets roles.
- Knowledge required: Working and conceptual understanding of capital markets and mutual funds.
- Work conditions: May require working in rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Capable of strategic thinking and problem-solving with attention to detail and execution.
- Comfortable managing client interactions and training clients on reporting systems.
- Experience or familiarity with Seismic and/or Coric platforms is a plus.
