About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of Customer Operations Transformation (COT) projects, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and benefits.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder coordination across multiple domains including Customer Operations, O2C, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Technology, and third-party partners.
- Lead Agile and hybrid project governance, RAID management, dependencies, and performance reporting to drive measurable transformation outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Professional Project Management qualification preferred.
- Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred but not mandatory.
- 12+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, PMO, Business Transformation or related area.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large-scale, complex transformation programs with strong PMO and governance expertise.
- Capable of managing diverse global stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams towards program objectives.
- Technically proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project) and skilled in data-driven reporting and delivery optimization.
