About This Role
- Manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality for HVDC System Design projects and tenders.
- Coordinate technical aspects and deliverables of System Design, manage risks, and identify opportunities to reduce time and cost.
- Represent System Design team in cross-functional and customer meetings; participate in technical design reviews and problem solving.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electric Power Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 7+ years of project management experience in engineering, managing system delivery projects or tenders.
- Knowledge of HVDC system design is considered an asset.
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India; Full-time; Onsite.

- Experienced in managing medium to high complexity electrical design projects, preferably in HVDC or power transmission domains.
- Able to lead structured problem solving and work proactively in multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams.
- Strong communicator capable of interfacing across departments and with customers in technical and project management contexts.
