About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI agent deployments for 2–4 North American clients simultaneously, including managing scope, timelines, and cost impacts.
- Lead and guide a technical team of 8–10 engineers through scoping, build, testing, go-live, and manage service delivery post-launch with SLAs and escalations.
- Engage hands-on with technical integration details such as API integrations, data pipelines, cloud setup, SSO, security reviews, and LLM application work including RAG, tool calling, evaluations, and guardrails.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years of total experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise software implementations.
- 2+ years of experience delivering GenAI, ML, or conversational AI projects with North American clients and direct client-facing ownership.
- Hands-on technical skills in API integrations, data pipelines, SSO, security reviews, and practical knowledge of LLM applications and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience leading technical teams of 8–10 engineers; Comfortable working US time zones and presenting to executive stakeholders.
