About This Role
- Define and govern D365 Finance & Operations integration architecture and related data flows within the finance domain.
- Lead and mentor teams on integration projects involving 3rd party applications, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
- Drive environment stability via DevOps, deployments, performance tuning, and support end-to-end processes including migrations, UAT, go-live, and hyper-care.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in architecture, solution design, or senior technical roles.
- 8+ years of experience integrating D365 with other applications (e.g., GEP, Treasury, Exflow) including multi-entity rollouts and complex integrations.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years with D365 F&O and integrations, including large-scale program leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large D365 F&O programs involving multi-entity rollouts, complex integrations, and high transaction volumes.
- Strong knowledge of finance domain processes and enterprise process improvements with hands-on experience in environment management and UAT leadership.
- Skilled in driving architectural decisions and mentoring solution architects and developers, with familiarity in Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and AI-driven D365 Copilot capabilities.
