About This Role
- Own and administer the IAM infrastructure including Federation, Privileged Access Management, Authentication & Authorization, Security, and Identity Provisioning.
- Support security teams by developing audit controls to ensure application integrity and collaborate with project managers, developers, and compliance personnel.
- Lead architectural improvements, standardize infrastructure environments, and evaluate new and emerging IAM technologies and tools like Saviynt, Okta, and Thycotic PAM.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Identity Governance and Administration at engineering or architectural level, including Saviynt and complex workflows.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Privileged Access Management and Federated Identity technologies (OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, SSO, MFA) with cloud integrations (AWS, Azure).
- Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST; Relocation assistance available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced at a senior technical level with hands-on administration and architecture of enterprise IAM systems, specifically Saviynt, Okta, and Thycotic PAM.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and support complex IAM workflows and integrations in a cloud environment.
- Comfortable driving enterprise-wide infrastructure standardization and security compliance within IAM domains.
