About This Role
- Lead a team of designers and QAs producing production-ready digital and print media assets.
- Create and enforce templates and style guides, ensuring adherence by the team across projects.
- Ensure timely delivery and mentor team members, while maintaining effective client communication.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in design/advertising agency producing production assets.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Expert knowledge of print preparation (resolution, bleed, margins, crop marks, colors) and digital media production requirements.
- Work Experience Required: 5-7 years; Experience managing teams is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced in leading and mentoring design teams within a multi-location environment.
- Strong expertise in both digital and print media production workflows and standards.
- Capable of enforcing design standards through templates and style guides while managing project timelines effectively.
