About This Role
- Lead independent cross-domain initiatives including platform migrations, product launches, and integrations with responsibility for end-to-end execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance.
- Consult partner teams on platform integration requirements and translate business/compliance needs into actionable user stories for Implementation Engineers.
- Manage the complete program lifecycle: setting objectives, risk tracking, milestone delivery, operational readiness, documentation, and process improvement for scalable execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering cross-functional technical or operational projects in roles such as Implementation Manager, Technical Program Manager, Technical Consultant, Product Manager, or Fintech Delivery Lead.
- Ability to read system architecture diagrams, run API tests (Postman), and create basic data dashboards or tables in tools like Looker or SQL.
- Strong program management capabilities including scoping, governance design, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation reviews.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for liaising with product managers, engineers, and business leaders.

- Experienced in handling complex, multi-stakeholder technical delivery in fintech or related domains with measurable program ownership.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of product delivery and technical systems with hands-on technical curiosity without needing deep engineering knowledge.
- Proficient in pattern recognition and structuring unstructured information into repeatable processes and frameworks for operational scalability.
