About This Role
- Own and govern enterprise-wide IT change management processes, including chairing Technical Review Board meetings and overseeing risk assessments, approvals, implementation, validation, and closure.
- Manage rotational IT operations teams supporting 100+ clients to ensure reliable delivery of cloud services, incident management, and shift handovers.
- Drive operational performance via KPIs, lead incident resolution, conduct team development, and prepare comprehensive governance and operational reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Extensive experience in IT service delivery management, cloud or infrastructure operations, with senior operational leadership responsibility.
- Change Management: Strong expertise in enterprise IT change management frameworks and governance, including risk assessment and rollback authority.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ServiceNow, incident management tools, enterprise cloud and infrastructure operations, and monitoring platforms.
- Location: Must be based in India; remote work within India is permitted.
