About This Role
- Own end-to-end project execution and service delivery across assigned customers and sites, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and customer commitments.
- Lead and manage Project Engineers, Field Engineers, contractors, and service partners including resource allocation, planning, execution, and closure.
- Prepare and review MIS reports and dashboards on project progress, service performance, SLA compliance, and operational issues, driving continuous improvement and corrective actions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or diploma in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
- 6–8 years relevant experience (Diploma: 10 years) in project execution, service delivery, field operations, electrical/IoT systems, or multi-site operations.
- Strong hands-on MS Excel and MIS reporting skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, charts, dashboards, data analysis).
- Proven experience in team management, customer communication, vendor coordination, escalation handling, and operational review meetings.

- Experienced in managing multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Capable of analyzing SLA/KPI performance, identifying root causes, managing risks, and driving issue resolution through closure.
- Strong operational focus with proven ability to deliver on projects requiring complex planning, scheduling, and resource management across multiple sites.
