About This Role
- Own the strategy and roadmap for banking products impacting millions of Nigerian customers.
- Serve as the primary source of insight on Nigerian financial behaviours to guide product decisions and design.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including development, launch, and cross-functional coordination ensuring regulatory compliance and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager with hands-on experience on banking/payments products (transfers strongly preferred).
- Deep first-hand knowledge of Nigerian local financial ecosystem including customer behaviour and trust/fraud/pricing factors.
- Proven track record of launching successful fintech products at scale; experience at Nigerian fintech or bank is a strong advantage.

- Experienced in shaping product strategy in fast-moving fintech environments focused on Nigerian market.
